Welcome to Fyro! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fyro mobile application and services. By using Fyro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Fyro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fyro. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use certain features of Fyro, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, post, or share on Fyro ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Fyro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Include explicit, violent, or inappropriate material
• Promote illegal activities or dangerous behavior
• Contain spam, advertising, or promotional content without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Fyro for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Fyro
• Use automated systems or bots to access the service
• Collect or harvest information about other users without consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Engage in any activity that could harm minors

6. Intellectual Property

Fyro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fyro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our services without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of Fyro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

8. Third-Party Services

Fyro may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such services.

Fyro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

We do not warrant that Fyro will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fyro and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of Fyro
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Fyro at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Fyro after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Fyro shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fyro regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
